2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to this ALIV Studio website and the digital products offered through it, including ebooks, guides, recipe collections, planners, worksheets and other downloadable resources.

Each product page specifies what is included, the format, language, delivery method and any relevant technical requirements. Additional product-specific terms, where applicable, will be clearly provided before purchase.

Purchases, payments and digital delivery are handled through Payhip. Payhip’s applicable terms may also govern aspects of your purchase, including its End User Licence: https://payhip.com/terms/end-user.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. For questions about our content or an order, contact hello@aliv.studio and we will assist or coordinate with Payhip as appropriate.

3. Our digital products

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page, ALIV Studio products are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped.

Before purchasing, please review the product description to understand what is included, its language and file format, and whether it is suitable for your needs. Product images may include illustrative mockups; the description identifies the files or resources supplied.

To access downloadable products, you need an internet connection, a valid email address, and a compatible device and software capable of opening the stated file format. Any additional technical requirements or access restrictions will be disclosed before purchase.

Where a product includes a bonus or another resource also sold separately, this will be stated in its description. Please check what is included before purchasing additional products. If you accidentally purchase the same resource twice, contact us so we can review your order.

4. Orders, prices and delivery

The product page and checkout display pricing information. Before you place a paid order, the checkout shows the total amount payable, including applicable taxes and any additional charges. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Please provide an accurate email address, as it is used for order confirmation and digital delivery.

Unless a different delivery schedule is clearly stated before purchase, Payhip makes the purchased files available following successful payment and sends an order email with access instructions.

If you cannot find your order email, check your spam or junk folder. If you still need help, contact hello@aliv.studio with the email address used at checkout and your order reference, if available.

5. Permitted use and intellectual property

Unless the product description expressly provides a different licence, your purchase permits you to download, read and print the resources for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not resell, share, distribute or publicly upload the files, or reproduce them for commercial purposes, without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners. Any applicable permissions or restrictions in Payhip’s End User Licence apply to the extent permitted by law. Statutory exceptions to copyright remain unaffected.

6. Educational information

ALIV Studio resources may contain general educational information about topics such as strength, movement, nutrition, recovery, wellbeing and everyday habits.

This information does not constitute individual medical, dietary or exercise advice, diagnosis or treatment. It does not replace advice from a qualified professional who understands your circumstances.

If you have a health condition, are pregnant, take medication or are unsure whether an exercise or dietary change is suitable for you, seek appropriate professional advice before making changes.

Individual needs and results vary. We do not guarantee particular health, fitness or wellbeing outcomes. This section does not limit any liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Withdrawal, refunds and complaints

Our Refunds, Withdrawal & Complaints page explains applicable withdrawal rights, the conditions for immediate delivery of digital content, and how to report a problem or request a refund.

For paid digital content supplied without a physical medium, the statutory withdrawal right may be lost once supply begins only where the applicable legal requirements have been met, including prior express consent, acknowledgement of the loss of that right and the required confirmation.

A product’s digital nature alone does not remove the right to withdraw. Loss of a change-of-mind withdrawal right does not remove statutory remedies where digital content is not supplied or does not conform to the contract.

For access problems, missing files, complaints or withdrawal requests, contact hello@aliv.studio. Include the email address used for purchase, the product name and a brief explanation. An order reference is helpful but is not required to submit a complaint.

We will respond to consumer complaints within 14 days of receipt. Any remedies will be provided in accordance with applicable law, coordinating with Payhip or payment providers where necessary.

8. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is used in connection with this website, enquiries and purchases.

Our Cookie Policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies, including any choices available for optional tracking.

Purchasing a product does not require you to subscribe to marketing emails. Any optional marketing subscription is handled separately.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our website, products or legal requirements. The latest version will be published on this page with its update date.

Changes do not retrospectively reduce your rights in relation to an existing purchase. The terms applicable when you placed your order, together with any product-specific terms provided before purchase and mandatory law, govern that order.

10. Applicable law and consumer protection

To the extent these terms govern a contractual relationship between you and Maria Kilian operating under the ALIV Studio brand, Polish law applies.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections that apply under the law of your country of habitual residence where those protections are applicable.

Nothing in these terms restricts your right to bring a claim before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
